Only an eligible Redeemable Sweepstakes Coin balance may qualify for prize redemption. Gold Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for prizes.

3. An eligible Redeemable SC balance
4. Applicable redemption minimums and limits
5. Compliance with promotional rules and the Terms & Conditions

Additional documentation may be requested before a redemption is completed.

Redemption approval and processing times are not guaranteed.

PlayJuwa prohibits fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful account activity, including:

1. Creating multiple accounts or using another person's identity
2. Providing false or misleading information
3. Using unauthorized payment methods
4. Attempting unauthorized transactions or account access
5. Manipulating account activity or exploiting technical vulnerabilities
6. Misrepresenting geographic location to bypass restrictions

PlayJuwa may investigate suspected violations and delay, restrict, or decline transactions where permitted by its Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

Accounts may also be restricted, suspended, or closed where justified under those Terms.

PlayJuwa may collect and retain identity-verification information, account records, transaction details, and redemption-related information for legitimate operational, security, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes.

Retention periods depend on the type of information, its purpose, and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
