Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

Last Updated: October 28, 2026

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

PlayJuwa offers an Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) for eligible participants who wish to enter sweepstakes promotions without making a purchase.

1. Eligibility

To participate, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

PlayJuwa's services are not offered in the following U.S. states:

California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Utah, and Washington.

Additional restrictions may apply. Being outside these states does not automatically establish eligibility.

Participants must use their own identity, maintain only one PlayJuwa account, and provide accurate information. Using VPNs, proxies, or location-spoofing tools to bypass geographic restrictions is prohibited.

For full eligibility requirements, review our Terms & Conditions.

2. How to Request Free Entry

PlayJuwa offers two (2) free Sweepstakes Coins (SC) through its free-entry offer, allowing eligible participants to play applicable games without making a purchase.

To request AMOE instructions:

1. Email support@playjuwa.com with the subject line "Alternative Method of Entry Request."
2. Identify the PlayJuwa account email associated with your request and the promotion you wish to enter.
3. Request the applicable free-entry instructions, including entry requirements, limits, and deadlines.
4. Follow the instructions provided for the applicable promotion.

Do not send your password or sensitive financial information with your initial request.

Free Sweepstakes Coins are subject to applicable eligibility requirements, promotional conditions, and game rules. Receiving free SC does not automatically establish prize-redemption eligibility.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a prize, game result, or redemption.

3. Other Promotional Rewards

PlayJuwa may offer additional promotional features to eligible account holders, including:

1. Daily Bonus
2. Daily Spin Wheel
3. Referral Program
4. VIP-related rewards

These are separate promotional features and should not be treated as substitutes for the AMOE process.

Reward amounts, availability, eligibility, and participation limits may vary. Check the current Bonus Page and the conditions displayed in your account.

4. Sweepstakes Coins and Prize Eligibility

PlayJuwa uses two types of virtual coins:

Gold Coins (GC): For entertainment only. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for prizes.

Sweepstakes Coins (SC): Promotional virtual coins. Only eligible balances identified as Redeemable Sweepstakes Coins may qualify for prize redemption.

Other promotional or playable SC balances do not automatically qualify for redemption.

Prize redemption is subject to the applicable promotional rules, geographic eligibility, account verification, and other requirements outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

5. Verification and Entry Requirements

PlayJuwa may require identity, age, location, or account verification to determine eligibility or process an eligible prize redemption.

Participants must comply with the applicable promotion's entry instructions, deadlines, limits, and account requirements.

Making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning. No particular prize or redemption is guaranteed.
