4. Pick a Gold Coin package. Each package shows the Gold Coins you buy and any free promotional Sweepstakes Coins included.
5. Review the price and coin amounts, then follow the on-screen steps to complete the payment.

What you are buying:

• Gold Coins (GC) are for entertainment only. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for prizes.
• Sweepstakes Coins (SC) included with a package are promotional. Only a balance shown as Redeemable SC may qualify for prize redemption.
• Only use a Cash App account that belongs to you. PlayJuwa's Terms do not allow using a payment method you are not authorized to use, or another person's identity.

If a payment fails, a charge looks wrong, or your coins don't match what you paid for, contact PlayJuwa support.

Redeeming prizes to Cash App

When you have an eligible Redeemable SC balance, you can request a prize redemption and choose Cash App as your payout method. Chime is also available.

1. Sign in and open the redemption page in your account.
2. Check your Redeemable SC balance. Purchased and bonus SC balances do not automatically qualify.
3. Under Payout method, choose Cash App and tap Continue.
4. Enter the amount you want to redeem, plus your own Cash App details.
5. Complete any identity, age or location verification PlayJuwa asks for. Use the same name and details you registered with.

Good to know:

• Gold Coins can never be redeemed.
• Redemption minimums or limits may apply.
• Processing time depends on verification, the status of your request and the payout method. No specific processing time is guaranteed.

• Pay only inside your PlayJuwa account. Purchases and redemptions happen in the PlayJuwa coin store and redemption page on playjuwa.com. Don't send money to a $cashtag someone gives you on Facebook, Telegram, Instagram or by text to "load" your account.
• Check the website address. Lookalike sites copy our name. The only PlayJuwa website is playjuwa.com, so bookmark it.
• Ignore "free play" messages. Texts or posts saying something like "$20 free play has been credited, click this link" are not PlayJuwa. Offers available to you appear in your PlayJuwa account and on playjuwa.com.
• Never share your login. Don't share your password, verification codes or other sensitive login information with anyone.
• Redeem only to your own Cash App. Never enter someone else's $cashtag on the redemption page.
