These Sweepstakes Rules govern participation in eligible sweepstakes promotions offered by PlayJuwa, operated by Vishnuva Tech Inc, 732 S 6th St Ste R, Las Vegas, NV 89101, United States.

These Rules supplement our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Additional conditions may apply to individual promotions.

1. Eligibility

To participate, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

PlayJuwa's services are not offered in the following U.S. states:

California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Utah, and Washington.

Additional restrictions may apply. Being outside these states does not automatically establish eligibility.

Participants must:

  1. Maintain only one PlayJuwa account.
  2. Provide accurate personal and account information.
  3. Participate using their own identity.
  4. Use only authorized payment methods.
  5. Not use VPNs, proxies, or location-spoofing tools to bypass geographic restrictions.

Identity, age, and location verification may be required.

2. Gold Coins and Sweepstakes Coins

PlayJuwa uses two types of virtual coins:

Gold Coins (GC): Intended for entertainment only. Gold Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for prizes.

Sweepstakes Coins (SC): Promotional virtual coins used in connection with eligible sweepstakes promotions. Only an eligible balance identified as Redeemable Sweepstakes Coins may qualify for prize redemption.

Other SC balances, including promotional or playable balances, do not automatically qualify for redemption.

All participation and redemption requests remain subject to the applicable promotional rules and Terms & Conditions.

3. Free Entry — No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is required to enter or win an eligible sweepstakes promotion. Purchasing coins does not improve your chances of winning.

PlayJuwa offers two (2) free Sweepstakes Coins (SC) to eligible participants through its free-entry offer, allowing them to participate in applicable gameplay without making a purchase.

The free SC are subject to applicable eligibility requirements, gameplay rules, and promotional conditions. Receiving free SC does not automatically establish prize-redemption eligibility.

Eligible participants can request free-entry instructions through PlayJuwa's Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) by emailing support@playjuwa.com.

Participants must follow the applicable AMOE instructions, eligibility requirements, entry limits, deadlines, and promotional conditions.

Free entry does not guarantee a game result, prize, or redemption.

4. Promotions and Rewards

PlayJuwa may offer eligible participants promotional features, including:

  1. Welcome and daily rewards
  2. Referral promotions
  3. Daily spin-wheel promotions
  4. VIP-related benefits

Promotion availability, eligibility requirements, rewards, limits, and expiration dates may vary.

5. Prize Redemption

Only eligible Redeemable Sweepstakes Coins may qualify for prize redemption.

Redemption requests are subject to:

  1. Account and identity verification

  3. Sufficient eligible Redeemable SC balance
  4. Applicable minimum and maximum redemption limits
  5. Verification of account and transaction information
  6. Compliance with these Rules and the Terms & Conditions

Eligible participants can submit redemption requests through the withdrawal or redemption feature available in their PlayJuwa account.

Current redemption limits, available payout methods, and applicable conditions are displayed through the relevant account features.

Processing times may vary depending on verification requirements, request status, and the selected redemption method. No specific processing time or redemption approval is guaranteed.

6. Delayed or Declined Redemptions

PlayJuwa may delay, restrict, or decline redemption requests when:

  1. Required information is incomplete or cannot be verified.
  2. Eligibility requirements have not been met.
  3. Applicable promotional rules or Terms have been violated.
  4. Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected.

Additional documentation may be requested. Account restrictions, suspension, or closure may apply in accordance with the Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

7. Prohibited Activities

Participants must not:

  1. Create multiple accounts or use another person's account.
  2. Provide false or misleading information.
  3. Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
  4. Use bots, cheating tools, or unauthorized automation.
  5. Exploit technical errors or vulnerabilities.
  6. Attempt unauthorized account or system access.
  7. Bypass geographic restrictions.

PlayJuwa may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action under its Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

8. Changes to These Rules

PlayJuwa may update these Rules to reflect changes in its promotions, services, or applicable requirements.

The Last Updated date will be revised when changes are made. Additional notice will be provided where required by applicable law.
